Job Role: LS Business Analyst - Commercial and Clinical

Years of experience: 4 to 8 years (with a minimum 4+ years of relevant experience)

Key Skills: 

• Looking for a Life Science Business Analyst with experience in Commercial and Clinical 

• Good hands-on  experience in the Life Sciences commercial domain 

• Good understanding of the end-to-end process of the pharma commercial landscape (from Product Launch to Post Marketing Surveillance that would include Pharma sales operations, omni channel marketing) 

• Experience in Data Analytics is desirable. 

• Working Knowledge of Pharma datasets such as IQVIA is desirable. 

• A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, combined with a management degree in pharmaceutical marketing is preferable. 

• Knowledge and understanding of commercial pharma data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony, Optum, PHM & Veeva/SFDC platforms  

• Understanding of key business processes across pharma sales,  sales reporting, Incentive compensation, omnichannel marketing etc.  

• Certification in Business Analysis, such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA, is highly valued 

Job Role: AI/ML Engineer

Years of experience: 4 to 10 years (with a minimum 4+ years of relevant experience)  

Key Skills: 

• NLP, Deep Learning  

• MLOps tools such as MLFlow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, AWS Sagemaker 

• Python (Mandate) 

• ML frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, or PyTorch 

• Data Visualization tools- Power BI or Tableau  

• AWS/GCP/ Azure 

• Gen AI 

• CI/CD pipelines
