Job Role: Pharma Commercial Portfolio Lead/SME

 

Requirements: 

  • 15+ Years experience in end-end Pharma commercial domain/operations
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial strategy/commercial analytics that includes, product launch, segmentation and targeting, primary and secondary research analysis, sales force effectiveness, incentive compensation, market access, reimbursement, and pricing analytics and in other relevant areas of sales, marketing, and market access.
  • Provide recommendations to maximize ROI on commercial execution by continuously evaluating, assessing and optimizing go-to-market strategies and business models.
  • Provide insights and thought leadership through whitepapers, presentations, and industry forums.
  • Should have built a commercial competency or pharma commercial CoE that aligns with the global pharma companies’ requirements
  • Should have managed at least 30+ people in the pharma commercial competency development
  • Should have built robust processes for competency development
  • Identify areas of manual interventions in commercial processes and suggest automated solutions that would help pharma clients achieve their speed-to-market objectives
  • Understanding the client business and co-ordinating with Agilisium’s Business Development team for opportunity identification
  • Support the Senior management in preparing SLA / pitch presentation. Support in follow-ups post-client meetings on action plans discussed
  • Good knowledge of IQVIA Sales data/LAAD data,  Omnichannel data sets, Veeva/SFDC data, Claims data and any other relevant pharma commercial data sets
  • Proficient in MS office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
